Overview
Travant's first fund is the Travant Private Equity Fund 1 (TPEF1), which achieved a first close in May 2008 with commitments of US$107m.
We primarily see the fund investing in growth, consolidation and transplant opportunities and expect to see up to 70% of the fund invested in pure growth plays. We will add value by ensuring we have constant engagement with the portfolio company through our representatives on the board and regular consultation with the portfolio company’s management.
