Non-Executive Chairman
Tunde is a leading figure in the Nigerian business community. Tunde heads the Yinka Folawiyo group, a conglomerate with interests in oil and gas, shipping, agriculture, real estate and engineering. Tunde has also led several international strategic ventures in petroleum distribution through F. Energy, electrical power in partnership with AES Nigeria Barge Limited, and banking.
Tunde sits on the board of MTN Nigeria, Unic Insurance, and Access Bank, among others. Tunde was recently appointed honorary Consul of Barbados in Nigeria.
Non-Executive Director
David's experience spans twelve years in banking, primarily in London, and includes corporate and project finance advisory work, debt capital raising and financial derivatives. He has advised extensively on energy and water-related projects in several countries.
David is a former Head of the Chase Manhattan Bank, Southern Africa, Executive Director of Robert Fleming South Africa, and more recently joint head of Corporate Finance at JP Morgan Chase, South Africa.
He is a co-founder and, currently, Group Managing Director of Tiso Group, a principle investments firm in South-Africa. He also serves as a non executive director of Idwala Industrial Holdings, African Explosives Limited, Aveng (Africa) Limited and Trident Steel.
Chief Executive Officer
Osaze is responsible for the company's strategic, operating and investing activities. He also leads fundraising and investor relations. He is a member of the Investment Committee of TPEF 1.
Prior to Travant, Osaze was the first CEO of Ocean and Oil Holdings (OOH), a principal investment group in Nigeria. As one of the four principals in OOH, he played a key role in the development of Oando Plc, an integrated oil and gas company operating out of Nigeria. Prior to his return to Nigeria, Osaze spent eleven years with HSBC in London working as a proprietary trader in the Global Markets division and in Telecommunications in the Investment Banking division.
Osaze currently serves on the African Regional Advisory board for London Business School and the Board of Governors for the African Leadership Academy based in Johannesburg. He also serves on the board of Dorman Long Engineering.
Osaze holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos, an MSc in Management Science and Operational Research from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Finance from London Business School.
